How do I reserve a property?

You can reserve a property online or call us at 1-877-675-7209

 

Do you require for a security/booking deposit and when is final payment due?

We require payment of 50% of the total rental at time of booking.  Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. 

 

Will you notify me when the final payment due date is coming up?

Yes, after reserving a property you will receive a number of emails with information and reminders about your upcoming stay. 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Since most of our properties are reserved many months in advance, late cancellations eliminate our ability to properly market the vacation rental.  If you need to cancel, we require the request be made in writing and faxed to 1-866-433-9843.  Unless covered by Travel Insurance, requests received more than 30 days from arrival date will be refunded all monies paid, less (the greater of) $300 or 10% of the total reservation.  Unless covered by Travel Insurance, NO refunds will be provided for cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.  Early departure does not warrant a refund.

 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.

 

Can you accommodate early check-ins?

Depending on your unit’s booking schedule and the need to prepare the rental for our next visitor, we will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in and late departures.  If you would like to make a request, please do so well in advance of your arrival and understand that an additional fee will apply. 

 

How do I get keys?

Our office is conveniently located at 586 Marsh Landing Parkway, Jacksonville Beach, right off JTB & A1A, directly between Publix and Target.  Our office is open from 10:00- 6:00pm on weekdays and 11:00-4:00pm on weekends.  Please contact us if you will be arriving late to make other arrangements.   We do ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible.  Upon departure we ask you to return the keys to our office.

 

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, unless specifically outlined in the property description for your vacation rental, pets are not allowed. 

 

Does my vacation rental have beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes or other items I may want?

If a vacation rental provides these items it will be noted in your rental package.  Fortunately, Beach Life Rentals (904-584-7368), located in Jacksonville Beach (www.beachliferentals.com) can provide just about any leisure item you may want at a very reasonable price.  They also deliver and pick up the items for your convenience. Can I avoid the Cleaning Fee if I promise to clean the vacation rental prior to my departure?

No, all of our properties require a departure cleaning fee to be paid by our Guests.  This fee is paid at time of booking and is non-refundable.  While linens and bath towels are included in your rental home, daily maid service is not.  Our properties are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure.  We do offer mid-stay cleaning services for an additional fee. If you’re interested in mid-stay services please speak with your rental manager. 

 

What do we need to do at Check-out?

Keys must be returned to Lifestyles Property Services office (either with Receptionist or through mail slot) at 586 Marsh Landing Parkway, Jacksonville Beach, by 11:00 on the scheduled day of your departure, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 

 

What is there’s a hurricane immediately before or during my stay?

If after your arrival a government agency orders an evacuation of the area in which your rental is located, or, if power is out for more than 24 hours due to hurricane conditions, Guests will be asked to vacate the rental and a refund for time not used will be issued.  In the event a hurricane WARNING is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Jacksonville Area within 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, the Guest may call in advance to cancel their reservation and all monies paid less the $75 Accidental Damage Waiver will be refunded in full.

 

Does my vacation rental have cable TV and Wifi?

All of our properties are equipped with basic cable and internet access (most have wireless access).  Instructions for use will be provided in your unit.
